Character Developement Meme 01

Just saw *gabrielmanga's take on the meme, so I thought I'd have a bit of fun with it, and since I don't have a lot of OCs or rather draw them often with any major improvements thus far so, instead I picked Kubo Tite's Grimmjow Jaegerjaques, whom I currently often draw.
